I don’t, for two reasons:
1) I am not a dietician. I am a certified nutrition coach, and that is outside of my scope of practice. It is not legal, nor ethical to do so.
2) Even if it was allowed, I do not believe that most people benefit from having meal plans being written for them. It doesn’t teach them how to build nutritious meals on their own.

As of now, I require 3 months of working together. Trust me, this is important. You will not see a difference after one session together. It takes time to build habits and start to notice a difference. If after the three months you decide to pause your coaching, just give me notice.

At this time, all coaching is done virtually. I use a software to build and send you your workouts, habits, education, etc.
Communication is often done through the app I use, but I am available via email or phone call if you prefer for your check-ins.

When it comes to health + wellness:
I am a Precision Nutrition certified Nutrition Coach, ACE certified Personal Trainer, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist, as well as CPR/First Aid certified.
My credentials require me to have continuing education as well, so I am always learning and staying up to date on new research.
